Bad Poetry: Love Poem for a Stapler

I thought it would be simply too much to continue inflicting my truly and deliberately bad poetry on you ... at least for now. This is my last one, and is probably one of my favourites.
STAPLER, MY STAPLER
Silver stapler on my desk
You fill me with delight!

Even though you have no teeth
You still can give a bite.

Paper clips just slip and slide
And pages fall apart.
But silver stapler on my desk
You know you have my heart!
