If you have yet to purchase a Christmas gift for someone, may I encourage you to consider purchasing them an unusual gift, for example, a chicken? Ok, let me explain. Compassion will on that person's behalf provide a gift to a family or a child in need in a poor country.

There are many opportunities for you to provide a gift that keeps on giving to someone in need such as a mosquito net to keep away malaria-carrying mosquitoes, educational supplies for children in school, gifts for a new mother, or a water pump for a desperate community, and much more.

What an opportunity to be able to bless someone else for Christmas.
