More Photos From Australia Day

We had a lovely day yesterday at the Australia Day celebrations at the Gladstone Marina, and so I thought I would share some photos with you.

Volunteers from the Rotary Club
cooked 2,000 sausages to give away.

The crowd continued to grow and we had a great turn-out!

Part of the entertainment was a pair
of amusing and amazing acrobats!

Most of the crowd got into the
Australiana theme

The crowd, especially the kids, enjoyed
dancing along to the Australian bush music.

And of course there had to be a meat pie eating contest
for both the grown-ups ... and the kids

And the night finished with some fantastic fireworks. I'll share those photos with you tomorrow.
