Farewell Phantom No 2

JD's mouse Phantom No. 2 succombed to heat-stroke today and passed away. (It's been quite warm - 34°C today, but it's the humidity that has been the worst.)

While JD prepared himself for the possibility that Phantom might perish, it's still a sad experience to lose such a lovely little friend.

I don't think we will be getting any more mice, even though JD still has Squinty the white mouse. Instead he's considering getting fish! I have a sneaking suspicion that death-rate with fish will be higher.
