Yay! Finally Some Stormbird Photos

I have been trying for some considerable time now to get a decent photos of a stormbird as we locals call them. Their real name is the Asian or Common Koel (Eudynamys Scolopaceus)

While we have had a couple of visiting males in our big tree near the back verandah, I had never spotted a female one. In fact, it was almost practically impossible to get a decent shot of the male, because they would invariably hide behind branches and twigs.

It was while I was at my niece's wedding recently that I spotted both a male and a female in a tree nearby and managed to snap a couple of reasonable photos. Yay!
